Additional Information

1. An additional 20% of the total hire charge per hire applies to self-drive hire of the 0.75t excavator. This charge does not apply when the machine is supplied with an operator.

2. All hires are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Hires supplied with an operator are in accordance with the CPA Consumer Hire Terms for Plant and Equipment Supplied with an Operator. Self-drive hires are in accordance with the CPA Consumer Hire Terms for Plant and Equipment Supplied without an Operator. Full Terms and Conditions are available in the FAQs section of this website.

3. Operated hire includes a CPCS-certified operator with extensive industry experience.

4. A well-maintained 0.75-tonne excavator is supplied with standard buckets.

5. Fully insured operated plant hire service is provided.

6. The machine is supplied with a full tank of fuel on delivery. The customer must supply any additional diesel required during the hire period, whether the machine is hired self-drive or with an operator.

8. The machine will always be aimed to be delivered prior to 8:00am, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm and Saturday 8:30am – 1:00pm.

10. The operator is entitled to a 30-minute break per working shift.

11. JG Costello Limited holds £5 million public liability insurance.

12. Only White Diesel (DERV) may be used to refuel the machine.

13. The customer is responsible for identifying and clearly marking all underground and overhead services, utilities, and known site hazards prior to commencement of works.

14. JG Costello Limited accepts no liability for damage to services, utilities, or property arising from failure to provide accurate information or adequate warning of site conditions.
